食品卫生是GMP里很核心的一块, 又叫SSOP, 这里有趣地图示了这个过程... The documents you provide are very useful because i need these documents urgently

杀虫剂残留
这里牵涉到两个问题, 一个是风险分析, 规定在食品中的安全残留量, 另一个是农残种类和相关食品的更新研究,HACCP中的化学性危害, 这块是主要的部分, 这篇文章谈了这个问题... thanks
