国家卫计委向WTO通报食品安全国家标准食品添加剂食用单宁、聚乙二醇 、乙二胺四乙酸二钠钙(征求意见稿),意见征询截止日期为2017年12月9日。

食用单宁

范围:本标准适用于以五倍子为原料,经溶剂乙醇或乙酸乙酯提取、加工制得的食品添加剂食用单宁。

Description of content: This standard applies to food additive edible tannin using gallnut as raw material by extracted with the solvent of ethanol and ethyl acetate. This standard specifies the technical requirements and determination methods for the food additive edible tannin.

Does this proposed regulation conform to the relevant international standard?

If no, describe, whenever possible, how and why it deviates from the international standard: The different index of this standard is as follows. According to actual situation of domestic products and for improving applied solubility, loss on drying is specified no more than 9.0%. Meanwhile the index of condensed tannins is deleted, because it's in the products which are rooted in gallnut rarely, and has almost no effect to the usage. Tannic acid content detection method is using Nylon powder instead of Hide powder, which solve the problem of result distortion by precipitation of the latter (over 100%) .

Description of content: This standard applies to food additive polyethylene glycols using ethylene oxide and water as raw material by polymerization and refining. This standard specifies the technical requirements and determination methods for the food additive polyethylene glycols.

If no, describe, whenever possible, how and why it deviates from the international standard: The total arsenic index was added with a limit of 1.0 mg/kg. Taking into account of the production process and pollution, and referring to the quality standard of polyethylene glycol in Chinese pharmacopoeia, the index and limit value are included.
