fractionation recipe consultation for IV65

Hello,Lauric,
we often fractionate ROL24  into sol12 and rol28 with  Lack of experience ,so It's hard to achieve IV65 Olein.we try  many recipe for it  but in vain.can you tell me how to design a recipe and what is the basis of your recipe?thanks .

Very sorry to tell that i have not know the receipe to produce the super olein 65 because that is top PNC item in all refinery in Malaysia.  But i can let you know the process to get super olein IV65.  Basically, you need to fract IV60 from IV56.  Then further crystallized the IV60 and fract to IV65.  Normally that is very hard and difficult process, so if you get IV64 do not feel sad, just segregate it and continue to produce another batch, because you are very near to success.

请问,在检测棕榈油的过氧化值时,能否用四氯化碳替代三氧甲烷与冰乙酸混合?如果可以,检测结果之间的误差可有换算系数?如果不可以,why?

三氧甲烷与冰乙酸混合或ISOOCTANE(异辛烷)与冰乙酸混合都可。
This is because of 冰乙酸 are more polar that can be disolve all the peroxides compounds and Chloroform or Isooctane can disolve the oils.  If you just used the Carbon Tetrachloride, the solubility is not too good for disolve the peroxides compounds that present in oils.

lauric 朋友基本上已经答应就油脂问题在大讲堂做一个专题讲座。
现在的问题:
1、大家希望讲座的的主题和范围。
2、lauric 朋友中文不是很好,估计打字也比较辛苦。为了方便交流,活跃讲座,最好有一个朋友协助lauric 主持,帮助提供一些中文方面的资料以及协助沟通,讲座以lauric 为主。不知道有没有朋友愿意参与。

那么,四氯化碳与冰乙酸混合,效果与三氯甲烷与冰乙酸混合是否一样?四氯化碳溶解Oils,而冰乙酸溶解peroxides compounds ,我们试过了,用四氯化碳与冰乙酸混合液测出来的过氧化值数值偏高,这是为什么?

明镜台 : Maybe you can check on the reactivity for the Carbon Tetrachloride and peroxides compounds and see which one is more reactive. If the CCl4 is more reactive, that can be a reaction happen between CCl4 and KI and release more Iodine.
