Very sorry to tell you that i do not have this article, but i can let you know the formula for the DOBI and Discriminant Functions and how to verified the good or bad quality CPO.

DOBI = Abs 446/Abs 269
DF = 0.3 X 1%Abs 269 + 16 X DOBI + 0.13 X PV - 27.29
1% Abs 269 = Abs 269 - 0.18/383 X carotene content

DOBI <2.0 - BAD, 2.31 - NORMAL , >2.7 - GOOD
DF = <3.7 BAD - may content slugde Palm Oil
