做油脂碘价,我们国内用的是:三氯化碘7.9g和纯碘8.7g，分别溶于冰乙酸中，合并两液，再用冰乙酸稀释至
1000ml,做韦氏剂
而我同事说可以用一氯化碘代替三氯化碘,他说后者不稳定,可我一直没找到相关资料,我想问问他说的对吗?

用一氯化碘!
But we just purchase the wijs solution from chemicals supplier.

楼主能否讲一讲金属离子如铜、铁，在多少个ppm时开始对棕榈油的过氧化值产生影响？查了一些资料，没有查到这个限值，请赐教，I am waiting for your answer on line,thanks!!

I want to know some informations about the crystallization of the oils and fats. Do you have some articles about this, thank you.

Very sorry to tell you that i also don't have this kind of data, there i'll give you the maximum permitted limit in our Malaysian Food Act for heavy metal in edible oil.

Arsenic      : 0.1 mg/kg
Lead          : 0.1 mg/kg
Tin             : 40 mg/kg
Mercury     : 0.05 mg/kg
Cadminium : 1 mg/kg
Antimony   : 1 mg/kg

There is no copper and iron in the list, but we are also check for it every 6 months and the cotrol limit is 0.1 mg/kg for copper, 1.5mg/kg for iron

In our Chinese food law we control AS 0.5 ppm max,  Pb  0.5 ppm max,Cu 1ppm max, Ni 1ppm max.  So in malaysia it is more strict than us.  The limit of the trace metal i think it is control 1 ppm is enough. If you want to know more, you can read a book named "贝雷".
