迪帕克博士谈身心灵------答FFSZ

F兄的问题如下：
能否请迪帕克就身、心、灵的问题再重新阐述一次他的体会或认识？身、心、灵的完整或统一到底是什么意思？身、心、灵之间的相互关系、结构、影响、转化等又是怎么回事？个体的身、心、灵与群体的身、心、灵又是怎么个相互关系？

deepak: This question arises when we think these as 3 different entities, but actually they are not, soul & mind are one & the same thing with a different function, energy in search of expression is soul . & the same energy in the process of expressing & learning is mind .so soul & mind are same .but when this soul energy attempts to express & learn then we call it mind & it starts building an instrument for expressing & learning . that instrument we call body, so there is nothing like union or complete or incomplete.
deepak:：当你把这3者当成3个不同体时，产生该问题。但实际上不是这样，灵魂、心是不同功能的同一个东西。在寻求表达的能量是灵魂，同样的能量的在表达过程中叫心，因此，灵魂与心是同一个东西。当该灵魂试图表达并学习时，我们称其为心，心开始创造其表达与学习的工具，那个工具我们称为身体，因此不存在统一、完整、或不完整之事。

alice: so these 3 are one
alice：因此3个是一体的。

deepak: 2 are one & third is their self creation, how can we identify them separately？first soul transforms into mind & then creates body , soul is non active mind without body,
& mind is active soul with the body
deepak: 2个是一体，第3个是他们的自我创造，我们怎能分别看待他们呢？首先，灵魂转化为心，然后创造身体，灵魂是无体的未激活的心，心是有体的激活的灵魂。

alice: now mind creat body to learn & express so they are basically one only,we just don’t aware
alice：心创造身体来学习与表达，因此他们本质上是一体的，我们只是未意识到。

deepak: if any 1 is not there then the other 1 too wont be there , no mind no body , no body no mind . existence only as soul
deepak: 假若任何一个不在那里了，另一个也不在那里，无心无身，无身无心，（否则）只是灵魂。

alice: so these body & mind always stick to each other.
alice: 因此身心总是绑在一起的

deepak: yes, separation of them is death
deepak:是的，分离就是死亡。

alice: since it's one,how can one control one? so that come out conflict, so once we aware it's one,harmony appear,conflict stop
alice: 由于（身心）是一体，一体怎么可以控制一体呢？因此冲突才会产生，一旦我们意识到它是一体，和谐产生，冲突停止。

deepak: exactly ,very true
deepak: 对，非常正确。

alice: another question is individual body,mind & soul how to interact with others body,mind & soul?
alice: 另一个问题是，个体的身心灵如何与其他人的身心灵交互作用？

deepak: when i am talking to u . it means that my mind is iteracting with you through my body & your mind is doing same through your body
deepak:当我与你谈话时，是我的心通过我的身体与你交互作用，你的心也通过身体做同样的事。

alice: means through body interaction, is there any interation not through body? just mind interation?or soul intereation?
alice: 意味着通过身体交互作用。有没有不通过身体的交互作用？仅是心的交互作用？或灵魂的交互作用？

deepak: yes it can direct mind to mind interaction.we may call it telepathy ,or ESP, it needs meditation & lots of practise .but its just amusing .not very useful
deepak: 是的，可以心心交应，我们可称其为心灵感应，或超感觉的知觉，它需要冥想及许多练习，但它只是有趣，无多大用处。

alice: really?like most movies people has such ability can read others mind,so it will be convenient for them to get what they want
alice: 真的吗？就象电影演的，具此能力的人能读懂他人的心，因此他们很容易得偿所愿。

deepak: what benefit to mind ?
deepak: 对心有啥好处呢？

alice: if we can use it nicely,will it be easy for us to sucess? also satisfy what our mind wants easily
alice: 假如我们能很好运用它，我们成功不是更容易吗？也更容易满足我们心的愿望。

deepak: it will be a materialistic phenomenon. not helpful in going beyond， it will be like creating your own trap
deepak: 它只是个唯物现象，对超越并无帮助，它将会使你陷入陷阱。

alice: really?why? if people can read each others mind nicely,there wont be conflict
alice: 真地吗？为什么？假如人们能很好地读懂别人，就不会有冲突了。

deepak: with such ability your hunger for power wont be satisfied & you will again be lost in search of more , they will kill each other before conflict
deepak: 具此能力，你对权力的渴望不会满足，你会再次在寻找更多（权力）中迷失，他们会在冲突前互相残杀。

alice: can they use it nicely without ego?
alice: 他们能无自我地用好它吗？

deepak: when you loose ego .then you wont need it , u need it basically to satisfy your ego
deepak: 当你超脱自我，你就不需要它，你需要它基本上是为了满足你的自我。

alice:most of what we want basically are satisfy our ego, our success, money, status, frame, anything out of basic need is to satisfy our ego, so this ego cause so many problems, we have to feed it, even waste our mind, :how can this ego comes?
alice: 我们的大多数所需基本上是为了满足我们的自我，我们的成功，金钱，地位，名声，任何超过基本所需都是为了满足自我，该自我引起太多问题，我们不得不喂养它，甚至耗费我们的心，自我怎么来的？

deepak: this ego is the result of conditioning of
superiority..
deepak: 自我是优越条件反应的结果。
